So, basically I have a support letter. However, both Blogger and Facebook do not allow you to upload files... so here is the copy and pasted version of what is typed on the letter!
The Update
Okay, I
am going to do my best to update you
all on my life in the most succinct and clear way that I possibly can… bullet points!
This past March has
been a whirlwind!
- I withdrew from Pacific Lutheran University with a clear tugging on my heart that I was to go into full-time ministry. Though I did not have clarity on where or what I was doing, I did it and the Lord has been faithful to bring clarity over the past month.
- The three weeks leading up to Haiti I spent my days studying the Bible, meeting up with people on campus (NPCC, a local coffee shop, became a second home) and spending time with my aunt and uncle in Tacoma. I also was blessed with a job in Kirkland once a week where I would fold laundry and babysit for an amazing family with whom I immediately connected to.
- Then Haiti! We left March 23rd and were there for a week. We had such a great week spending time with the orphans, running Vacation Bible School, working construction, and hanging out with the team! My heart has been broken and it was so good to go back and reconnect with not only people at the base but the Haitians as well!
-Note: In the weeks leading up to Haiti I kept trying to figure out what I was going to do in the next months. I continued to try to make plans but kept being reminded of the verse from Jeremiah 29:11 “I have plans to prosper you and not to harm you; plans for a hope and a future” and was instilled with a strong conviction that clarity would be brought in Haiti…
“Wait on the Lord; be of good courage, and he shall strengthen your heart; wait, I say, on the Lord!” Psalm 27:14

Then What?
Well,
clarity came in Haiti and I am going
to go back for a longer stay.
- I will be heading down with the intention of aiding in the schools with teaching and working with the children in the arts and music in addition to kitchen help and whatever else I may be asked to do.
- While in Haiti I will also be continuing my education via correspondence classes with Life Pacific College and working towards obtaining a degree in Children’s Ministry.
- I do not know how long I will be staying as of now, but I will be committing in three month chunks and see where things go from there!
