The Help

So my mom lent Mo and I the DVD "The Help" which she recommended with high reviews. Now something you have to understand is when my mom recommends a movie it is ASSURED to be good for she is one of the greatest movie critics I have ever met- which is actually quite a blessing... though we often disagree ;)
Anyways, this movie is SO GOOD!!! I plan to watch it again! It is set in the South and is all about the black and white society right at the time that the Civil Rights Movement is just beginning. It is a story of courage and being bold in the fce of adversity... Doing the right thing even when all else is telling you not to.
So watch it and let it stir you; let the Lord move in you heart to stand up and stand firm on his salvation (1 Corinthians 15) despite opposition!

So go out today and make a difference. Or stay in and rest in the live of the Lord. We have been called to the nations- whether that means to Haiti or to your neighbors- go out and share the good news! Be the voice- the help- in the face of adversity and speak Truth ALWAYS! You will move mountains and see hearts come to life as you do!
